Problem
Ready needed to communicate a broader mix of software, infrastructure, services, and public-sector work without fragmenting the company story. The challenge was to create a site system that could make technical subject matter understandable while still serving very different audiences.
Solution
I developed a unified website architecture and visual system across product, service, pricing, editorial, careers, case-study, and conversion experiences. The system uses consistent navigation, modular storytelling, data-informed visuals, and reusable design tools to make Ready’s current positioning clearer and easier to extend.
Context
Ready’s positioning has continued to evolve. The latest website needed to reflect a broader story: platform-connected applications, hardware, and services for resilient, AI-ready critical infrastructure.
Rather than treating this as another visual refresh, I approached it as a connected information system spanning product, services, pricing, editorial, careers, and customer evidence.
Reframing the company
The central challenge was translating a complex mix of software, infrastructure, services, and public-sector work into a story visitors could understand quickly. The experience needed to feel credible to technical and government audiences while remaining clear enough for partners and communities.
Building one system across the site
I developed a unified architecture and visual language across 19 coordinated page concepts. The system includes homepage, product, service, pricing, career, case-study, and conversion flows, along with reusable icons and publishing tools.
Consistent navigation, restrained typography, modular content patterns, and data-informed visuals keep technical subject matter legible without flattening the differences between audiences.
Turning complex work into clear stories
Pages such as the Oklahoma case study connect program context, product roles, deployment progress, and real-world photography into a narrative that can work for public leaders, partners, and communities.
The map-led homepage pairs infrastructure data with product modules, giving the company’s software, services, and physical systems a shared visual language instead of presenting them as disconnected offerings.
AI-assisted workflow
Claude Design functioned as an iterative prototyping partner. I directed the system, compared layout options, refined components, and made final decisions around positioning, hierarchy, brand expression, and interaction details.
That workflow accelerated exploration while preserving the judgment required to keep the experience coherent, credible, and specific to Ready.
A scalable digital foundation
What began as a website redesign became a reusable content and design system that can extend across new products, case studies, campaigns, and company updates without losing coherence.
The result is a clearer expression of Ready’s current direction and a stronger foundation for explaining technical, operational, and public-interest work as part of one company story.
