Problem

First Family Insurance needed a more distinctive and credible digital presence in a crowded industry where many competitors relied on generic, forgettable branding. The challenge was to create a stronger identity, improve online trust, and connect more effectively with diverse audience segments while supporting better conversion performance.

Solution

I developed a more cohesive brand system across social media, paid campaigns, and website touchpoints, helping the company show up with more clarity, consistency, and personality. The work combined stronger visual direction with more targeted campaign design to improve both brand recognition and marketing performance.

Context

First Family Insurance was operating in a highly competitive space where trust, clarity, and recognition mattered just as much as the service itself. The company already had the foundations of a brand, but its digital presence needed more polish and consistency to better support growth and credibility.

The challenge was to create a stronger visual identity and a more effective online experience while also improving how the business connected with different audience groups through social and paid media.

Approach

I built a more recognizable and cohesive brand system that could carry across the website, social media, and advertising. Bright, confident visual choices helped the brand stand apart from the more neutral and conventional look common across the insurance category, while cleaner layouts and stronger hierarchy made the experience easier to understand and navigate.

Paid social became an especially important part of the work. I designed campaign creative tailored to specific audiences, including travel nurses, truck drivers, and real estate professionals, so the messaging and visuals felt more relevant to the people the company wanted to reach. Alongside that, I created more structured and engaging social content that made the brand feel more approachable and consistent over time.

The website redesign pulled those efforts together, translating the brand into a clearer, more polished digital experience that felt both professional and accessible.

Impact

The result was a stronger and more memorable digital presence that helped First Family Insurance show up with more confidence in a competitive market. Paid campaigns performed more efficiently, social engagement improved, and the brand felt more aligned across its main touchpoints.

The work contributed to a 34% decrease in advertising costs, an 80% increase in conversions, a 190% rise in conversion rates, an 80% response rate, an 8.91% engagement rate, and a 78% increase in followers.

More importantly, the project showed how stronger branding and clearer digital design can build trust in an industry where confidence and familiarity are essential.
