Problem
The challenge was to create more cohesive, conversion-focused design across client campaigns, social media, and website content. In a fast-moving agency environment, the work needed to feel stronger, more consistent, and more aligned with each client’s goals and audience.
Solution
I helped improve the visual quality and consistency of client work across ads, social content, landing pages, and digital touchpoints. By applying stronger design systems, clearer visual direction, and more intentional messaging, the work became more polished, more effective, and better aligned with performance goals.
Context
When I started working with 1GS, the agency’s digital presence didn’t reflect the quality of the services it offered. Social content felt inconsistent, the brand lacked a strong visual point of view, and key marketing touchpoints needed to do a better job of building trust with potential clients.
In a service-based business, that first impression matters. The challenge was to create a more cohesive and credible brand presence across social media, ads, and web touchpoints while supporting stronger engagement and visibility.
Approach
My work focused on bringing more consistency, clarity, and visual direction to the agency’s outward presence. I introduced a branded content system for social media that made the feed feel more intentional, recognizable, and aligned with the level of work the agency wanted to be known for.
I also redesigned campaign assets for paid social, using stronger visuals and clearer messaging to better connect with the target audience. The goal was not just to make the work look better, but to make it perform better by giving the agency a more polished and strategic presence across channels.
Across the website, social content, and ad creative, I helped turn disconnected materials into a more unified system that better represented the business and the value it delivered.
Impact
The result was a stronger digital presence that felt more professional, more memorable, and more aligned with the agency’s services. Social content became a clearer reflection of the brand, while paid campaigns performed more effectively through improved creative and messaging.
The work also produced measurable results, including a 7.91% engagement rate, more than 3,000 new Instagram followers, a 63.5% increase in Twitter followers, and campaign CTRs that outperformed typical industry benchmarks.
More importantly, the redesign helped 1GS show up with more credibility and confidence, turning its digital presence into a stronger reflection of the work behind the business.
